✈️ Travelling? Plan your supply

Enter your trip dates to see how many pills to pack and what to refill before you go.

🕑 Trips & time zones

While a trip is on, Arogo uses that time zone — so reminders and your day follow you. It shows both clocks and leaves the dose decision to you and your doctor.

Nothing is copied in. An episode is just a window with a name — your symptoms, temperatures and doses are read back by date, and deleting one loses the grouping and none of your records.

Download everything

A single file with every record Arogo holds about you, across all features — not just the range above. This is your data; take it anytime.

Or export only some categories

Hand a doctor just your labs, or share everything except your private diary.

📅 Add to your calendar

Download an .ics file of your dose times, upcoming appointments and lab rechecks, then open it to add them to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.

💾 Backup & restore

Save a one-file backup of your health data, and restore it later — handy if you run Arogo on your own server. Restoring replaces your current data with the backup's, so you'll get to review it first.

🩺 Server setup

What this server is set up to do, and what it quietly cannot. Anything not configured falls back to writing into the server log, which works for testing and reaches nobody in real life.

Checking…

🗄️ Storage

How much room your files and database take on this server, and how much is left. If the disk fills, Arogo can stop saving what you log.

Checking…

🛟 Backups

A copy of your whole database, taken nightly on this server. Each one is opened and read back before it counts — a file that will not open is not a backup.

Checking…

Delete my account

Permanently deletes your account and all your data — medicines, logs, family links, everything. This cannot be undone. Consider downloading your data first.

How Arogo works

No ads, no data sale, and a plain-English definition of every number in the app — and where each one comes from.

Screen lock

A PIN to reopen Arogo on this device. Two-factor protects signing in; this protects the session that is already signed in — which is what matters on a tablet the family shares.

Two-factor sign-in

A code from your phone as well as your password. It protects the account itself — your medicines, records and everything shared with family.

Loading…

Signed in on

Arogo records the kind of browser, not your location or address. Signing out one device leaves the rest alone.

Share links

Opens counts how many times a link was loaded — not how many people saw it. One person refreshing twice looks the same as two people.

What changed

Sign-ins, password changes, exports and share links. This log cannot be edited or deleted — that is what makes it worth reading.
